Supported by WeStreet Credit Union, the Beat Boxes Project is a public art initiative that brings together local artists, music, and culture to transform everyday spaces into vibrant, interactive experiences. Each traffic control box is inspired by a selected song and reimagined as a visual expression of sound, movement, and community. Through a QR code on each box, visitors can listen to the track that inspired the artwork, creating a seamless connection between what you see and what you hear, and celebrating the diverse creative voices of the Global District.
