We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for the Global District Facade Grant Program.

Eligible businesses may receive up to $10,000 to improve the exterior appearance of their storefront, helping create a more vibrant, welcoming, and visually appealing district for everyone.

What this grant supports

This program is designed to fund visible exterior improvements, such as:

• Storefront signage (building-mounted or monument-style signage)

• Exterior lighting

• Paint and façade updates

• Window improvements and display enhancements

• Aesthetic upgrades that improve curb appeal

Please note: This grant does not cover new construction, interior renovations, or structural expansions. It is intended specifically for exterior, street-facing improvements.

Funding details

• Grants are awarded up to $10,000 per business

• If your project exceeds this amount, you are responsible for covering the remaining cost

• Funds are paid directly to the contractor, simplifying the process for participants

Eligibility requirements

To qualify, businesses must:

• Be located within the Tulsa Global District boundaries

• Be a commercial business (tenant or property owner)

• Have permission from the property owner (if leasing)

• Be in good standing with local regulations
